Begin your day with pranayama and asana overlooking the sacred Ganges — a steady, inspiring backdrop that supports deep practice and quiet reflection, just minutes from Laxman Jhula and Little Buddha Café.
Our yoga hall, terrace and breakout rooms are designed for teachers: clear sight-lines, simple AV support, props on request and quiet corners for one-to-one mentorship or private consultations.
Whether you're leading a 200hr YTT or a gentle community retreat, our teachers and staff support mixed-level classes with accessible modifications and an emphasis on breath, alignment and safety.
Kashi Café prepares nourishing sattvik vegetarian meals to support practice and digestion. Choose private rooms or shared dorms — we’ll block rooms according to your group size and needs.
Schedules are flexible and can be adapted to your training syllabus — from multi-day YTT modules to weekend intensives and retreat-style slow living.
Ritual, song and quiet ceremony add a meaningful frame to practice. We organise opening puja, riverside blessings at Triveni Ghat, guided Ganga Aarti outings (Parmarth Niketan), and kirtan evenings — integrated into your retreat rhythm.
Share a night of bhajan to close the day and gather the group in song.
